Shipment Policy

An order usually takes 2-5 working days to process. After the confirmation of the order, the items will be shipped from our warehouse in Asia. The picture below shows average shipping time for each region.

We also provide express shipping service via DHL, which takes 3-7 days to deliver. Shipping fee will calculate on cart page.

Refund Policy

You can get full refund if an item has not been shipped. If you would like to file a refund due to wrong order, please contact us via [email protected]egisbox.com within 24 hours upon placing the order.

Return Policy

RegisBox are able to proceed the return within 45 days from the purchase date. The items must be in original condition. In order to begin the return and process, please send an email to [email protected], including photos or videos that are clear and sufficient to illustrate the problems you mentioned. Otherwise your claim might be rejected.

Please confirm the address with us before you return the items. Also, kindly note that the logistic fee is on customer’s expense.

Customs & import taxes

Orders may need Custom clearance in your country. Base on information we were given by our shipping partners, the most likely case is the custom fee & duty can be avoided in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, countries in the European Union, Norway, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Anywhere else, we have to check with our shipping agent. We try our best to help you minimize custom fees and taxes but sometimes there is that one unlucky package.

Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.

Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

RegisBox are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Additional costs or delays may occur during international shipment. RegisBox sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
