- RegisBox ships anywhere in the world, except North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis and Futuna.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of placement unless otherwise stated. After the confirmation of the order, the items will be shipped from our warehouse in Asia.
We also provide express shipping via DHL, which takes 3-7 business days to deliver. Shipping fee will calculate on cart page. Please note that DHL cannot deliver package containing lithium batteries, i.e. power banks.
Free shipping takes 10-20 business days on average to United States, Canada and most European countries.
Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an order completed email containing the tracking number.
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier. If the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the correct shipping address, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
You can get full refund if an item has not been shipped. If you would like to file a refund due to wrong order, please contact us via [email protected] within 24 hours upon placing the order.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
RegisBox are able to proceed the return within 14 days from the date you received the items.
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.
- Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
- Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
- All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer).
Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages:
Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may be subject to an additional USD$15 charge if a re-shipment is needed.
Orders that have been deemed undeliverable by the courier and have been returned to us are subject to a charge of 20% order value as a restocking fee. Undeliverable orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; orders for which the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or full physical address; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.
Defective or Faulty Items:
If there is a problem with your order, contact [email protected] within 14 days from the date you received the items. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

Customs & import taxes
Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. RegisBox is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
RegisBox are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Additional costs or delays may occur during international shipment. RegisBox sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
