User manual for magic circle wireless charger and Zelda Wireless Charger.

⚠️Avoid placing any magnetic case, smartphone mount, or metallic object between your phone and the charger. These can significantly increase heating and reduce the charging performance. They also risk damaging items like credit cards and RFID tags frequently kept in smartphone cases

  1. Connect your charger to a power source using the included cable. Please ensure to use a wall adapter (not included) that delivers at least 5V/2A output. For optimal performance and safety, avoid connecting the charger to a computer or portable charger.
  2. Place the charger on a level surface and put your phone on the charger with the display facing up, place it in the center of the charger or in the location recommended by manufacturer.
3. The charger will light up once it detects a Qi-enabled device. Your phone should start charging after 6 seconds of lighting effects.
 

If your phone vibrates—when it gets a notification, for example—your phone might shift position. This can cause the charging mat to stop providing power to your phone. If this happens often, consider turning off vibration or turning on Do Not Disturb to prevent movement.

 

Compatible Devices

Find out if your smartphone is compatible with Qi standard by viewing the list below. If your phone does not support wireless charging, you can use a wireless charging receiver instead, allowing even much older devices to support wireless charging.

Apple iPhone: 15 series, 14, 13, 12, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, XS Max XS, XR, 8

Samsung Galaxy: S24 series, S23, S22, S21, S20, S10, S9, S8, S7, Note 20, Note 10, Note 9, Note 8, Z Fold/Z Flip series

Sony: Xperia XZ3, Xperia XZ2 Premium, Xperia XZ2 

Nokia: 9 PureView, 8 Sirocco ; Huawei: P30 Pro, Mate 20 Pro

Google: Pixe 7 series, Pixel 6, Pixel 5, Pixel 4, Pixel 3, Nexus 7, Nexus 6, Nexus 5

Huawei: Mate 50 Pro, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 30 Pro, Nate 20 Pro, Freebuds 3

BlackBerry: Priv, Passport, Z30

For devices that are not on the list, as long as your phone is Qi-compatible, the wireless charger should work with the device.

 

Troubleshooting Guide

-Not Charging

If your phone isn’t charging, please adhere to the following troubleshooting steps. After implementing each method, ensure to test if the issue has been resolved.

1. Make sure your phone supports Qi wireless charging. 

2. Check if the wireless charger is properly plugged in and if it is connected to a power source.

3. Take off your phone case and remove any metal objects.

4. Try to restart your phone, then test the charger.

5. Reposition your phone to make sure that your phone’s charging pad is aligned correctly so that the Qi charging pads are lined up to receive wireless charging. Try picking up your phone and putting it back down at the center. Some phone’s charging pad can be off center.

6. Try different wall adapter. We recommend adapters that are Quick Charger 2.0/3.0 certified with 5V/2A output or more.

7.  The charger has 2 USB ports – type C and microUSB. Try using different cables/different ports can help resolve the issue.

6. Try another phone with wireless charging feature and test if it works on the charger. For some devices, software updates may cause wireless
charging issues.

7. Some phones will only fast charge on wireless with the manufacture’s own charger. If your phone charges slowly, verify your phone’s Qi charging compatibility and it’s max charging speed.

-Cannot Turn Off Sound

1. Make sure the correct spot is tapped, which is indicated in the respective product page: Magic circle wireless charger and Zelda Wireless Charger.

2. Try different wall adapters. We recommend adapters that are Quick Charger 2.0/3.0 certified with 5V/2A output or more.

3.  The charger has 2 USB ports – type C and microUSB. Try using different cables/different ports can help resolve the issue.

    Hello,
    I seem to have an issue with your Sheikah Runes Legend Of Zelda Wireless Charger.
    More often than not, the charger will not work.
    It plays the lighting and sound animation on infinite loop while no charging is happening.
    I have a Razer Phone 2 which should have Qi-compatible charging.

      Hello Daniel,

      We didn’t hear back from you after sending you an email. We did a research online and found that Razer Phone 2’s charging coil is off center and at the bottom half, you’ll have to align the phone to the non-razer charger correctly and try to find a sweet spot. Many people find this issue when using a third party charger. Please let me know if it works for you. Thank you.

      just stumbled across this, the infinite loop can also happen, if the charger does not get enough power (like usb on a pc) try to connect it to another port or directly into the wall. mfg

    I recently bought the brown ALCHEMY MAGIC CIRCLE WIRELESS CHARGER. It lights up and charge as it’s suppose to… but there’s no sound effect. Is there a way to turn on the sound effect? I tried tapping the 6x location, but it doesn’t work.

    I recently bought the magic circle wireless charger and the sound won’t turn off even if I tap the spot 6x, I’ve tried the other three spots too and it just won’t work, can I please have some help?

      Sorry for the experience you had. Could you try using other cables? The wireless charger has 2 USB inputs – microUSB and type C. Switch to another input may work.     Hello. I just received the sheilah slate wireless charger. When I put my phone on the slate will light up and the phone briefly charges. When the lights turn off the phone stops charging as well.

It’s sooo subtle you can barely hear it when it does the lighting effect. I think I may have a faulty speaker in mine. If you could help that’d be great! Not sure what to do now….
