Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Customized items, such as phone cases and pet tags, are non-returnable.

Refunds

As our pricing model incorporates the shipping fee within the product price, the actual international shipping cost will be deducted from the refund when processed.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all the fees and postages involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. 

Defective Products

Send an email to info[at]regisbox.com and include details about the defect, along with clear photos or videos illustrating the issue. This will help us assess the problem and determine the appropriate course of action. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective or not.
