Order Processing Time

We ship from our warehouses in China to worldwide destinations using trackable shipping services. Our order processing time is 2-5 business days for most products. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any necessary details such as apartment or house numbers.

After shipping out your order, a Shipping Notice will be sent to the email you provided during check out, the package tracking link will be included in the email.

Order Cancelling

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Before Processing:

    • If your order has not been processed (normally within 2 hours after placing an order), we can offer a full refund.
    • To cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  2. Cancellation After Processing:

    • Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, a return/order processing fee will apply. This fee varies depending on the items ordered and ranges from 20% to 50% of the order value.
    • Please contact our customer service team to initiate a cancellation request if your order has already been processed but has not yet left our international logistics center.
  3. Cancellation After Shipping:

    • Once the order leaves the international logistics center, it cannot be canceled.
    • If you no longer want the item, you will need to follow our return policy upon receipt of the order.

Shipping delays can happen due to holiday seasons, extreme weather conditions or local government lockdowns etc.


*The calculation of days is based on business days, which excludes national holidays and weekends.



We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from postal facilities to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.


Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages. The status of such deliveries is determined by the shipping carrier, as indicated on the package tracking status.

Orders marked as undeliverable will not qualify for refunds or reshipments.

Undeliverable orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; orders for which the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or full physical address; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.

To prevent failed deliveries, please ensure the accuracy of the shipping information provided(house number, zip code, apartment number etc.) and monitor the package tracking status closely.


Defective or Faulty Items

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the items. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Learn more in our Return Policy.


Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. However, if you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
