**COVID-19 Delay Notice**

 

RegisBox offer free worldwide shipping. We have warehouses in China and the US. Only selected items are shipped from the US.

 

Order Processing Time

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 2-4 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year. Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to your email for each package shipped out. Your order can be shipped out separately if you order multiple items.

Delivery Time

For free shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. Delivery time is not guaranteed for Free Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed and thus we would suggest Express Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet.

For US, UK, Germany, France orders, delivery time is 8 to 14 business days, for other countries, the delivery time is 10 to 20 business days.

For products that are shipped from our US warehouses to US destination, the delivery time is 3-7 business days.

For expedited shipping, orders will be shipped using various delivery services, depending on the destination. The shipping fee may varies by destination. Shipping fees will be calculated at the cart page. Express shipping will deliver the package to you within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. 

 

REFUND POLICY

We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from postal facilities to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages:
Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may be subject to an additional USD$15 charge if a re-shipment is needed.

Orders that have been deemed undeliverable by the courier and have been returned to us are subject to a charge of 20% order value as a restocking fee. Undeliverable orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; orders for which the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or full physical address; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.

Defective or Faulty Items:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the items. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Learn more in our Return Policy.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
